King, the global gaming company behind Candy Crush and other world-leading mobile games, wanted to showcase their vibrant workplace and creative culture as part of a new employer brand project. With offices across Europe, they needed authentic photography that could capture both the energy of their spaces and the diversity of their people, bringing their new employer brand to life.

We partnered with PH Creative, who had led the employer brand strategy, to translate their creative direction into a visual story. Over the course of the project, we travelled to King’s offices in London, Barcelona, and Stockholm, immersing ourselves in the unique culture of each location.

Our focus was on capturing candid, warm, and authentic moments, showing the creativity, collaboration, and variety of people that make King’s workplace so distinctive.

The resulting photography brought King’s employer brand to life across digital and print executions, providing a library of imagery that reflects the vibrancy of the company worldwide. Used in recruitment campaigns and employer brand materials, the photography not only highlighted King’s unique workplace culture but also helped attract new talent by giving a genuine sense of what it feels like to work there
